OneNote works on every platform with little differences between OSes. If there’s one thing I can give Microsoft props for, it’s making their stuff work anywhere. There’s options for local notebooks and cloud ones too.

Only thing about OneNote is that markup isn’t as nice as Notion as it seems more tailored for digital pens but still works fine for general note taking. I use a Notion when I want more structure.
